Horrific! .
No support, erratic recording. Once I got bumped off when talking to my kid and couldn't record his singing. No reason, the software just all of a sudden decided it wouldn't record for me anymore. Worse, this happened after I paid for it. They made an enemy for life after they took my money. Crappy product.
